Work environment

Irrespective of our assignment to a particular business field and our focus on individual projects, we all work for one company. Thanks to the project-based approach and interdisciplinary work groups, we are able to interact and network with our colleagues extensively.

The working conditions for our approximately 300 employees are flexible and attractive. This enables them to achieve a good work–life balance. The central services, internal IT facilities and modern infrastructure are an important precondition of the efficient fulfilment of our clients’ requirements.

Networking

Our employees are in good hands with us from day one. A coach and mentor provide new employees with support they need when they start out at Ernst Basler + Partner. New colleagues quickly find their feet in the project teams. Internal working groups provide opportunities for establishing contact with colleagues.

Work–life balance

We offer good conditions to ensure that our employees can achieve an ideal balance between the demands of their personal lives and careers. Many of our employees have flexible working conditions and avail of the opportunity to work from home.

Infrastructure

We provide well-developed and up-to-date infrastructure. Our reception, high-performance reprography centre and internal IT system support our employees in every aspect of their work. Our staff canteen and cafeteria foster spontaneous contact between employees and insight into other activities and projects.

Leisure

A contented working life needs to be balanced by leisure activities. Our lunchtime runners and football team are always glad to welcome new members. Lunchtime fitness classes are also available.

Ernst Basler + Partner offers its employees twice-weekly English and French courses. Our “extracurricular” activities also include visits to exhibitions and other events along with various company occasions.
