Further training

Ernst Basler + Partner offers a wide range of further training opportunities at company level, within the individual business fields and at individual level. In addition to regular internal further-training events, we also support participation in external further-training tailored to individual requirements.

Internal further training

The most important factor for our ongoing development is learning within our projects. To this end we cultivate targeted cooperation between younger and more experienced employees.

At our Monday symposiums, external and internal lecturers familiarise us with topical issues. Within the individual business fields, we provide information about technical and general topics. The topics of our EBP seminars, which last several days, vary from self-management to writing and climate change. Not only the topics themselves but also the opportunity to meet and get to know other colleagues play an important role here.

External further training

EBP employees frequently extend their specialist expertise and general knowledge by completing post-graduate courses and similar training courses at universities and other institutes. The business fields also regularly conduct specialised block training and provide opportunities for the exchange of knowledge between employees.

We also consolidate our expertise through participation in conferences, be it as speakers or audience members. This also enables us to maintain customer relations and contact with our competitors and other companies.
