New vision and strategic goals – definition and visualization

The canton of Lucerne’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure (vif) has commissioned EBP to help it redefine its overall vision and strategic goals to serve as a guide for the vif’s development. To help ensure a high level of acceptance within the vif, we invited a broad spectrum of employees to join us in the process of working out the new vision and strategic goals in the context of various workshops. Our visualizations make the content easily accessible and enable the employees use it in their daily work.
