SBB Immobilien are planning a development with residential and service-sector use in a central location behind the Main Station of Zurich. The development on the site between Zollstrasse and the tracks should satisfy high sustainability requirements.
The requirements placed on the design in the areas of energy, running costs and sustainability are to be formulated and monitored by EBP in phases. Services include the definition of the sustainability aims for the overall process on the site and support in the capacity of sustainability experts for the development of the design plan.
