The City of Geneva has commissioned the firm KCAP Architects & Planners and other specialist planners to draft guiding principles for the restructuring of two sports centers. In the context of the project, EBP has assumed responsibility for drafting a cost-effectiveness assessment and a rough estimate of the costs.
The two sports centers located at the “Bout du Monde” and “Queue d’Arve” sites in Geneva encompass a wide variety of indoor facilities, including a swimming pool, a skating rink, gymnasiums and exercise rooms. In addition, the centers also feature various outdoor facilities, including an outdoor pool, BMX tracks, an outdoor skating rink, soccer fields and tennis courts, as well as a large greenway at the “Bout du Monde” site.
The guiding principles were drafted by KCAP Architects & Planners with the support of various specialist planners. EBP assessed the cost effectiveness of the various project proposals (SWOT analysis) and submitted a rough estimate of the costs for the development of the “Bout du Monde” site.
