Carbon-Offset program to promote electric construction vehicles

Working on behalf of the Foundation for Climate Protection and Carbon Offset (KliK), we developed a program to promote the purchase of battery-electric construction vehicles. Created within the framework of Switzerland’s federal carbon-offset mechanism, the program offers financial incentives to stakeholders interested in purchasing new vehicles or replacing old diesel-powered vehicles to achieve substantial carbon reductions. We elaborated the overall program documentation, including the calculation of the expected emission reductions, the additionality and the monitoring concept for the program and accompanied it throughout the registration process.
