The canton of Lucerne’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure (vif) needs an organizational form better suited to meeting its current and future challenges. Working in close consultation with vif, our interdisciplinary team was able to reimagine its organizational structure in a manner precisely tailored to its needs. We included vif employees in the development process from the beginning to help ensure a high degree of employee acceptance.
