From design sprint to platform implementation

We performed a design sprint with the members of a school development teamto sharpen the goal and vision of their online platform. The platform is providing tools, supporting school administrators and authorities with their various school development topics. Together with the team we first worked out various promising solutions and then evaluated these using a prototype and prospective users. The results of our work provide a platform that promotes the teams main goals while also meeting user needs.
