There is increasing demand by tenants for home or work-based charging stations for electric vehicles. Working on behalf of the Swiss real-estate service provider Wincasa, we developed business models encompassing attractive tenant services and smooth service provision. We also identified new sources of revenue for Wincasa and its large-portfolio clients. Using input from property owners and strategic partners, we provided our client with various market-ready business models.
