Lessee evaluation for Volta site in Basel | EBP

In the context of developing the two largest building lots at the Volta site in Basel’s St. Johann district, Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) commissioned EBP to help it find a suitable leaseholder for a non-profit residential housing project on lot 2.2 that is to make a significant contribution to the district. The scope of our assignment included drafting the call to tender, developing an assessment scale, overseeing the work of the assessment committee, and executing the selection process.
