As a major part of Manegg development project in Zurich, the Greencity site is gradually being transformed into a vibrant commercial-residential district. Given the site’s special role, provision was made in the context of the overarching Manegg development project for a supplementary development plan, which was submitted in 2013. Working in close consultation with the developer and city officials, we drafted a revision of the supplementary development plan for Greencity zones A, B, and C. The revision enables the construction of housing and care facilities for seniors.
- Provision of support for project and process management
- Provision of support to city and cantonal offices to resolve various legal issues (e.g. noise + hazardous incidents)
- Drafting of a revision of the supplementary development plan in close consultation with the developer and city agencies in addition to the drafting the superordinate Manegg development plan and the supplementary GreenCity.Zurich development plan
- Provision of support throughout the finalization and approval procedures for the supplementary development plan (ongoing)
