Revitalizing single-family home neighborhoods

Together with the Regional planning association Zurich (RZU), we support municipalities with the inner development and gentle densification of selected single-family home (SFH) neighborhoods. We also help older homeowners to find viable solutions for their properties. Our work includes the development and testing of an information and consultation system based on an extensive analysis of SFH neighborhoods. Homeowners benefit from our integrative consultation in the area of property and home development.

Our services

Creation of a concept for the analysis of the quarters and consultation services in the area of property and home development
Application of the analysis tools in our partner cities/municipalities of Schaffhausen, Uster and Rüschlikon
Conducting pilot consultations with homeowners, and testing of our concepts in other municipalities
Developing of a manual for analyzing and identifying SFH neighborhoods with potential for further development

Making recommendations for suitable funding mechanisms
