What is the best way to plan for and develop a vibrant and future-oriented town center? The Swiss municipality of Hitzkirch is determined to respond to current structural changes by implementing a comprehensive development project for its town center. All building measures within the scope of the project are also expected to contribute to business revitalization. In addition to our planning expertise, we therefore introduced an assessment of various property usage options in the context of strategy development. This enabled us to show various uses and activities that would contribute to renewal.
