Transportation plan for a new commercial building

We developed a mobility concept for the newly built Yond commercial building in the Swiss town of Albisrieden. The aim was to reduce motorized individual traffic to the necessary minimum through suitable measures, while avoiding unnecessary commuter traffic restrictions. Among the challenges we faced was to manage the limited parking spaces and to facilitate transportation synergies among the businesses. Our solution has ensured optimal access for the centrally located site.
