Crime Prevention Assessment of the New Office Building for EBP Chile

EBP Chile is planning a new office building in the municipality of Las Condes in Santiago de Chile. As the security situation in public spaces has deteriorated, we conducted a CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) assessment of the building under construction. Our assessment took into account the building's surroundings, especially the planned street-side outdoor area. Our recommendations on security provided an initial basis for decision-making, which can be expanded as required.
