Procurement Consulting for the Construction of a new Water Treatment Plant
The regional water supply St.Gallen (RWSG) wants to construct a new water treatment plant. As procurement consultants, we prepare the tender documents and manage the open tender process up to contract award. The new Swiss procurement law is applied with a focus on sustainability and the promotion of young people in key positions.
Our services
- Preparation of all tender documents for the selection procedure (SIA phases 32 to 53), taking into account the changes in the Public Procurement Law.
- Tendering in the open procedure under the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA)
- Evaluation of the bids
- Preparation and conclusion of the contract, including contract negotiations
