Process Management for Research Funding

The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) has compiled all of its process documentations into a single manual.
We developed a process management concept with roles and responsibilities as an addition and success factor to the manual. One of the main challenges we faced was to involve the employees in the manual’s long-term use and further development. Through various workshops and digital collaboration, SNSF was able to implement the manual and process management guide and can now continue to develop both going forward.
