Restructuring a Power & Water Utility
Energie Service Biel (ESB) faces a major restructuring task in connection with its plans to introduce a new range of services, to reorient its customer relations, and to optimize infrastructure planning and operation. We support them with the elaboration of comprehensive restructuring plans and by identifying suitable candidates to fill key positions. Our solutions were built on a current-state analysis determining the relevant strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities.
