DGNB certification for the USZ Campus MITTE1|2 project
The new 86,000 m2 USZ Campus MITTE1I2 hospital project received DGNB Gold pre-certification from the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI) in February 2023. This certificate is an important milestone in tracking the sustainability targets through final certification upon commissioning. We managed the sustainability process from the study assignment to commissioning.

- Advising the general planning team in the area of sustainability with a focus on achieving the desired goals and certificates
- Periodic monitoring of DGNB goal achievement
- Resolving conflicting goals when implementing the sustainability requirements
- Collecting and compiling DGNB documentation for preliminary and final certification
- Calculating the project’s life cycle assessment
